Ellen Lamm is the artistic director of young at the Opera (Unga på Operan) since August 2021.

She has directed several productions at the royal Dramatic Theatre (Dramaten), amongst others Jane Eyre, What is money? (Vad är pengar?), The Wind on the Moon (Det blåser på månen) and Maj. At the Royal Swedish Opera, she has previously staged Sven David Sandström's The Performance (Föreställningen), The Long, Long Journey (Den långa, långa resan after Ilon Wikland), Handel's Orlando and La traviata (re-opening in the autumn of 2022). She has also directed at e.g. a. Kulturhuset / Stadsteatern, Riksteatern, Den nationale scene in Bergen and SVT.
