Exchanges and rebookings

You can change your ticket to another date. However, the exchange must take place no later than 1 (one) working day before the performance.

If you change your ticket to a more expensive ticket, you pay the difference in connection with the change.

If you exchange your ticket for a cheaper ticket, you will not get the difference back.

If you change a subscription ticket, you must pay regular price for your new ticket.

Note that you must specify the date and number of tickets in order to proceed to the checkout and carry out the exchange/rebooking.

You need to make a new purchase for cloakroom and and programme if you make a change.

If you choose to abandon the exchange/rebooking, your original ticket remains in your account.
