The performance I was going to attend has been cancelled. Am I automatically reimbursed for a cancelled performance?
You will automatically receive a credit on your customer account at operan.se. If you wish to have the money re-deposited in your bank account instead, you can contact our customer service at [email protected]. Please remember to state your booking number.
Can I cancel food and/or drinks that I have pre-booked and paid for?
Yes you can. Please email [email protected] or call 08-791 44 11 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
How do you contact me if a performance is cancelled or changed?
We will contact you by email. We also communicate cancelled performances on our website. All performances on the Main stage up to and including Monday October 2 are cancelled. All other public activitites are resumed Saturday September 30. We will contact all concerned parties with a ticket via email. We also communicate cancelled performances on our website.
