Ola Eliasson is educated at the Royal Academy of Music and the Academy of Opera in Stockholm and has been part of the Opera's soloist ensemble since 1997.
At the Opera, he has played around 30 roles in around 20 operas, amongst others:
Mozart: Count Almaviva (The Marriage of Figaro), Papageno (The Magic Flute), Guglielmo (Cosi fan tutte) Rossini: Figaro (The Barber of Seville) Don Giovanni (Don Giovanni) Strauss: Olivier (Capriccio), Faninal (Der rosenkavalier) Leonvavallo: Silvio (Pajazzo ) Giordano: Carlo Gérard (Andrea Chenier) Donizetti: Dr Malatesta (Don Pasquale) Puccini: Schaunard (La bohème), Angelotti (Tosca)
He has also appeared on other stages such as Gothenburg Opera, Drottningholm Court Theatre, Folkoperan and others.
