Violinist Agnieszka Świgut is a member of the Royal Swedish Orchestra since January, 2024. Before that, she was a member of Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra for almost four years.

Agnieszka was born in Nowy Sącz, Poland. In 2013, she graduated from The Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and continued her education with postgraduate baroque violin course at The Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen.
She plays as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestra musician. She is a member of The Royal Swedish Orchestra.

Agnieszka has participated in many European festivals such as BBC Proms, Young Euro Classic, Schleswig Holstein Music Festival, Järvi Summer Festival, Robeco Summer Nights in The Royal Concertgebouw, Gothenburg Culture Festival, Baltic Sea Festival, Usedom Music Festival, International Edinburgh Festival and Festival de la Roque d'Anthéron.
In 2017, she participated in a big New Year's Eve Tour around China with Krzysztof Penderecki and the Beethoven Academy Orchestra. She gave concerts at The Great Hall of The People in Beijing, Xinghai Concert Hall in Guanzhou, Wenzhou Grand Theatre, and Xiamen Banlam Grand Theatre.

Together with her sister, Aleksandra Świgut, she was a co-producer and one of the artists of the audiovisual production Mahler/Schumann/Chopin – Living in Inner Voices in 2020, during the pandemic. The project was financially supported by the „Kultura w Sieci” Scholarship of Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland.
In autumn 2022 she gave a recital with polish music in a duet with Aleksandra Świgut at Paderewski Music Festival in Raleigh, USA, to honor the independence day of Poland.

She has given concerts at National Philharmonic in Warsaw, The Grand Theatre- National Opera in Warsaw, Royal Concertgebouw, Berliner Philharmonie, Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow, Wiener Musikverein, Royal Albert Hall in London, Musikkitalo in Helsinki, KKL in Luzern, Tonhalle in Zurich.

In 2022 she was granted the Młoda Polska Scholarship for her artistic achievements by Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland.
