45 minutes before most opera and ballet performances, a 15-minute introduction to the evening’s performance is held in the Guldfoajén, "The Golden Foyer".
All introductions are free of charge and included in the ticket fee. All introductions are held in Swedish and please note that introductions are not given for premieres.
Opera introductions are presented by Katarina Aronsson, Torbjörn Eriksson, Jonas Bernander or Caj Loqvist. Ballet Introductions are presented by Roy Sandgren.
