Marie-Louise Granström is a mezzo-soprano from Piteå, Sweden, who received her opera training at the University of Gothenburg, Academy of Music and Drama.
She was employed at the Royal Swedish Opera Chorus in 2015. She has previously sung at, among others, the Gothenburg Opera and Folkoperan.
Roles at the Royal Swedish Opera include Dritte Dame in Die Zauberflöte, Waltraute in Die Walküre, Annina in Der Rosenkavalier, 2nd Magd in Elektra, Pastuchyna in Jenufa, Kate Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly, Beggar Woman (vocally) in Sweeney Todd and Daughter Gunilla in the world premiere of Morfar kom ut (2023).
Received the Swedish Wagner Society's scholarship in 2016.
