Henriette Klauk
Violinist Henriette Klauk grew up in Berlin where in 2001 she entered the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler as a Junior Scholar. In 2009, she continued her studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Rostock with Petru Munteanu and took her diploma in 2014. This was followed by master studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Leipzig with Erich Höbarth and lessons with Thomas Brandis.
Before moving to Sweden in 2017, she played in orchestras such as Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra, Dresdner Philharmonie, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Deutsches Kammerorchester Berlin and Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin and as a chamber musician at festivals such as Mecklenburg-Vorpommern-Festspiele and Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival.
In 2016, she began temporary work at the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and at the Royal Swedish Orchestra, where she became a permanent employee in 2019.
Henriette is passionate about chamber music and educational work.
